Our Founders

We are a group of dedicated physicians who knew we could find a better way to treat our chronic pain patients.  We opened our custom designed Waltham facility in 2007.

Specialized Care

In our state of the art operating suites, we perform the latest in pain treatment procedures, including injections and the placement of spinal cord stimulators.

SleepCare Center

At our SleepCare center in Waltham, we diagnose and treat patients with all types of sleep disorders.  Overnight sleep studies are performed in our comfortable, hotel-like sleep rooms.

Functional Rehabilitation

In our functional rehabilitation center, our goal is to help you achieve your full potential.  We use the newest computerized rehab equipment to challenge you and to document your progress. 

Headache Institute

Our headache institute is the newest addition to Boston PainCare.  This unique program, headed by Dr. Zahid Bajwa, utilizes our surgery center, functional rehabilitation, and SleepCare facilities, to help patients manage headache and facial pain and neuralgia symptoms. 

Boston PainCare

Boston PainCare's main office is centrally located in Waltham right off of Route 128.  We also have a satellite office located in Natick, near Metrowest Hospital.

We put the Fun in Functional Activity


Boston PainCare is proud to offer the Functional Activity Program for our patients.  Exercise is an essential part of everyone's daily routine.  We have designed this program so that almost everyone can participate.  For more information, ask any practitioner or patient care coordinator or read more about it here.
