Sleep Self Assessment Quiz

Sleep Self Assessment Quiz

There are consequences to untreated sleep apnea: high blood pressure and other cardiovascular, weight gain, job impairment and motor vehicle accidents, and personality changes such as moodiness and irritability.

This sleep quiz is an important tool designed to both quickly and easily determine if a sleep disorder could possibly be present or be a factor in your overall health and well being.

The taking of this test and the results obtained in no way substitutes for a medical assessment or diagnostic procedure, but serves as a useful guide to help focus future searches and discussions.

Your answers will be automatically scored and your results will be displayed on the following page. If you have symptoms suggestive of a sleep disorder, you will be provided with a list of resources that can help you in your pursuit for healthier sleep.
