Boston PainCare is offering a 4 session series focused on improving the quality of your sleep, which very often leads to improvements in pain, mood, health, and quality of life.

This series will offer proven strategies to change your sleep habits for the better and cope with obstacles to sleep more effectively.

Participants will learn mindfulness meditation skills to reduce the impact of physical discomfort, stress, and racing thoughts on sleep quality.

It is known that approximately 60% of people suffering from chronic pain also suffer from some form of sleep disturbance, leading to decreased pain tolerance, low mood, and weight gain. Fortunately, there are many new skills and strategies that can help you get a better night's rest.

BPC 4-Part Series: Improve the Quality of Your Sleep

This program is based on multiple evidence-based treatments for insomnia:  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness skills will be developed and practiced to reduce the impact of physical discomfort, stress, and racing thoughts on sleep quality, and help participants transform their relationship with sleep.
